For CapitalVue clients

Your whole portfolio, run from one login.

CapitalVue Portfolio is the platform we set up for clients once they have bought with us. Live market value, rent, expenses, loans, insurance, equity and tax records for every property you own, in one secure place, ready for you and your accountant.

The original CapitalVue Property Tracker closes on 16 November 2026. Questions about an existing tracker account: info@capitalvue.com.au
Client-only platform

See how it performs, what is coming up, and where the next opportunity sits.

When you settle, we load the property into CapitalVue Portfolio. It replaces the spreadsheet, the bank logins and the folder of PDFs with one current view, and it tells you when a rate, a renewal or your equity position needs a decision.

Platform features

Everything you need to run the portfolio.

Built for Australian property investors. Powered by PortfolioLogic.

Residential and commercial, side by side

Houses, units, townhouses and commercial assets sit in one portfolio, each with metrics suited to its type.

Add a property in minutes

Pull the listing image in and the market value is fetched automatically, then kept current through a live valuation feed.

Loans and rate alerts

Every loan, fixed and variable, with balance, repayment schedule, fixed-rate expiry and amortisation. You are alerted when market rates fall below your current rate.

Equity tracker

Equity built from live market value and principal paydown, and a flag on each property that has equity available for the next purchase or a refinance.

Expenses that code themselves

Income and expenses logged against ATO categories. Recurring items such as council rates, strata and management fees are matched and categorised from the description.

Insurance from one upload

Drop in a renewal PDF and the insurer, policy number, premium, sum insured and renewal date are filled in, then rolled up into a portfolio-wide insurance view.

Cash flow and EOFY reporting

Rental yield, net cash flow and cash-on-cash return per property. At year end, one report summarises income, expenses, depreciation and loan interest to send to your accountant.

Document vault

Leases, contracts, insurance certificates, inspection reports and tax records stored together, ready for the next deal.

Tenancy and renewal dates

Lease agreements, tenancy reviews and renewal dates tracked with automatic reminders.

Inside the platform

Real screens, not mock-ups.

Taken from a live CapitalVue Portfolio account, with addresses and lender names removed.

Portfolio net worth

Every property, one number.

Total assets less total debt across the portfolio, with offset balances applied, gain against acquisition cost including stamp duty, and the history of both over time. Exportable for your accountant or lender.

Mortgage dashboard

Every loan, measured against the market.

Balance, rate, repayment, term and fixed-rate expiry for each loan, with the weighted average rate set against the current market rate. Loans sitting above market are flagged so the refinance conversation happens when it is worth having.

Mortgage dashboard listing five loans with balance, rate, repayment, term and comparison to market rate
Property view

Value, equity and LVR on every property.

Live market value, net wealth and loan-to-value ratio, with an equity and debt chart you can scrub year by year. Loans, valuation history, transactions, depreciation, documents, cash flow and rent history sit one tab away.

Single property screen showing property value, net wealth, loan-to-value ratio and an equity and debt chart by financial year

Screens are from one private portfolio, shown to illustrate the platform. They are not client purchase results and do not indicate future performance. The equity and debt chart projects forward from assumptions entered in the platform; it is not a forecast.

Two portals, one engagement

Before settlement and after it.

Every client works in a secure client portal during the search. Once you buy, CapitalVue Portfolio takes over.

CapitalVue Portfolio provides information only. Market values are automated estimates updated from a third-party data feed and may differ from a sale price or a lender's valuation. Rate alerts and equity flags are not credit advice; speak with a licensed credit provider or broker before changing a loan. EOFY reports are a summary for your accountant and are not tax advice. The insurance view records your policies and is not insurance advice.
